Young poet Ali Raza Kausar was born on August 25, 1998, in the Khairpur Mirs district of Sindh province, Pakistan. In 2019, he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur. Later, in 2025, he earned an MS/MPhil degree from Sukkur IBA University. In January 2025, he passed the Sindh Public Service Commission examination and joined a government educational institution as a Lecturer in Mathematics.
Ali Raza Kausar began writing poetry in 2018. Initially, he wrote in the Urdu language, but from 2021 onward, he started composing poetry regularly in Sindhi. He has participated in poetry recitations (mushairas) in various regions such as Khairpur Mirs, Sukkur, Larkana, and Hyderabad.
The themes of his poetry are diverse and include love, affection, passion, nature, social, political, and economic issues, class inequality, poverty, existentialism, resistance against oppression, protest, rebellion, Sindhi culture, Sindh identity, and connection with the Indus River.
Ali Raza Kausar has not yet published any book, but he has enough material for two books, which are likely to be published in the future.
